is dhoni a efficient capatain?

hey guys,
do you all think that dhoni is a efficient captain? He has not scored a prominent knock after being captain.He was , but now is not a match winner.He wastes balls and cant play innings under pressure.The fielding he sets is sometimes not enough 2 stop the batsmen.His fielding has become pathetic.He mainly focuses on ads and other extra things than cricket.
what do you all think of him?

Dhoni is being successful as captian so far.There is no doubt about it.But his ability to strike the ball with great power seems to be lost because of this captiancy.But still hez there 2 play a captian's innings everytime.Hez now doing exactly what dravid did in the past.But his big hitter image is getting lost match by match
