Should Shah rukh khan Implement the Formulaw "perform or Perish" ?After a poor performance from his team players SRK is disappointly return to India.
Remember he guranteed that KKR will win IPl Trophy . But Circumstances clearly shows that they had really very very less chance to do it . Should SRK fire some players or coach ?

yes, he should implement this formula. But first send butcher buchanan, relieve mccullam, make saurav captain with strict warning -- get ur arses together, perform better or kindly retire. there are a lot of young talent waiting. AND for SRK, we love you, but this is no movie, cricket- sport first then business. so emphasis is on performance not showmanship. last but not leastam not a bengali or kolkattan but a indian who adores cricket & a Marathi by birth. living in bangalore make ganguly captain and see the difference. Dont forget he is one who brought the real difference in indian captaincy.He is still our Indian Tiger others are his cubs.

if srk wants ipl trophy then he has to first fire coach bucchan and then led the capataincy in dada hand,,,,,,,,,,and change the batting order and use macculum down the order...let the saha to open with gayle...

Yes but i would not accept the word fire as its not the right word, because i feel players needs to be lead by Local Captain so atleast they get the winning Spirit tranformed from their captian and i think SRK has Given too much of lineance(coach and team manager) giving room to politics with ganguly and stuffs like that.

i think the team just needs some time .. with some key players like ponting missing ... it is hitting hard on them .. i feel the pressure on Dada is a bit too much ...

if tendulkar can take the huge pressure in his shoulder then whats the problem with dada. i think dada should be sacked also. ofcourse the captain with the coach. if u perform bad give the chance to young talents who is sitting in side line. this simple mathematics are followed by the australian, newzealand.. and look their position in the world cricket. there are so much dirty politics in asian cricket which should be........
