Well Deserved!
Amazing Match!! What a Performance! Amazing Captaincy!
I am from Kolkata. I am a Sourav fan. And obviously I am happy. Its a pleasure to see the super over and see the 'Kolkata Knight Riders' loose in such a royal manner. We saw some awesome decisions being taken, and ultimately Kudos to our Super Coach. I am extreamly glad that we lost, after the decision that was taken. Infact not one but several.
The man of the match today, from the knight rider team, who turned the match for KKR team, who scored 46 out of 30 balls, the highset scorer, who brought the match so far as to play the Super Over, was not among the ones chosen to get some quick runs when it was most required. The person who was chosen was McCallum, who (forget previous matches), in today's match played a 3 out of some 9 balls before getting out like a 'Super Knight Rider Captain'.
I might sound crazy. But the best part is I am not alone, I am joined by thousands of people in this cheer, that alone can show our team owner that in today's match they were not playing cricket, let alone playing to win. But it was a different game altogether. And the score serves them right! Hopefully our team would continue to loose till Our Coach and Caaptain changes!
Sourav Ganguly is the Best! The Indian Captain. And the only one fit to be the Captain of Kolkata Knight Riders! And the Coach needs some Training.

moreovr he should ve called a pacer 2 bowl...

Instead of preaching people, why dont you do something to save the team. Why is such an invaluable talent lying unused? Or have you changed profession to giude lost souls. I dont need your counselling on what i have to be involved in. Just mind your own business! Its amazing to know that there can be someone more disgusting than our team coach. i watched all the last matchs so far but no doubt this is the gr8est one i have seen in the IPL. thanks to both Rajasthan royals and kolkota knight riders for providing high class game and super entertainment.

You cannot be more correct! I feel one doesn't need to be a cricket Guru to reckon how stupid it would be to let Ajantha Mendis ball to Yusuf Pathan in the Super Over. But no, KKR has a learned Patron in the form of SRK who is ably complemented by an all time great coach as Buccanan and a prolific batsman in the form of McCullum. How can we question the discretion of someone who challenges the cricketing wisdom of Sunil Gavaskar? Gargi you are right. It was indeed well deserved.

hey now i have not been into cricket that long but i love the IPL! Even for a fan of my calibre i could see it was a STUPID idea to let Mendis bowl in the super over, not only that they didnt have Ganguly batting as one of the first two batsmen. Stupid errors cost us the game.

Guess some people out there just doesnt seem to understand these simple facts.. Or perhaps they do. Its just a different game they are playing. What ever happened serves them right!
