What do the Chargers need to do to win this year?

They need to play together as a team. VVS Laxman is not a great captain and he couldn't bring the team together. I think Gilly would do a better job of bringing the team together and inspiring the team to do the best.

During the inaugral ceremony DC couldnt play well. the only reason is they couldnt play like a team.
this time the cup is ours and none can take it caus every one s in form.

deccan chargers was a great team last year but their only problem was poor management. Now they have a good coach in Darren Lehman and can do wonders if they gel well and work together coz we all know how good the aussies technically and tactically are.

everyone DC fan on this site says the same thing.... "DC is a very strong team, they cudnt win because they didnt play as a team.." guys, tat's the most important thing in any sport.... and asfandyar.. how do u know darren lehman is any good at all bro???

personally i like DC, hope they do well this year...
