Should Dhoni use Raina as abowler in champions trophy????????

I think hez really good bowling option 4 India.He is not a good spinner of the ball.Still he is able 2 take wickets.Hez been very economical so far.He can be usefull 4 India as a partnership breaker.Actually hex the real hero who ensured India's victory against SL in compaq cup by breaking the partnership between Kandamby&Kapugadera.
So India expects a lot from him as a bowler in champions trophy...
