This edition of the IPL saw many young players leave an everlasting impression upon the minds of the spectators. The talent on show was of the top quality, be it batting, bowling or fielding. A lot was expected from the old timers but instead, the new guns took up the mantle to guide their franchisees to victory.
The IPL provides a solid platform for the senior players, both Indians and foreigners, to maintain a connection to the game. The big bucks don’t really matter that much as much as the thrill and excitement does.
