Sunil Narine turned things around for KKR

There was a time in the late 70's and 80's that Windies hardly played any spinner in their side. All pace was the way to go for them. Did not the pace do the job for them; likes of Roberts, Holding, Garner, Craft, Marshall, Ambrose, Walsh and Bishop mesmerized the batsmen of the world over by their high quality skill and extreme pace. Their pace attack was the one of the chief reasons of their dominance so long but times have changed now, no longer Windies are dominating the world cricket in…

At least Gayle did not deserve an early exit

Posted on May 21, 2012 at 22:42 1 Comment

Royals Challengers started off their campaign by thumping win over the eventual table toppers Daredevils at home, though it was depleted Dehli side void of any sort of foreign fire power but one can argue that Royal Challengers were also their most valuable individual Gayle. Gayle ended up the IPL season by topping the most runs getter chart and topping it too with a fair margin. Gayle ended up with 733 and next best Dhawan managed 569, so Gayle was head and shoulder above others with 8…

Kings XI might have lost the play-offs race but they won hearts

Posted on May 21, 2012 at 11:41 3 Comments

Their campaign ended up in the air with an agonizing defeat through the hands of table topping Dehli Daredevils even in the last game the Kings XI Punjab showed their wonderful never say never sprit which has a their hallmark in this season’s campaign. Even after being reduced to 18 for in 3 in power play, they came back to post a fighting 145 but when it’s a day of Warner sort of hitter nothing is enough on the board and it happened exactly that. Warner launched all-out assault on the…

KXIP face the battle of survival against table toppers DD

Posted on May 15, 2012 at 14:33 1 Comment

Kings XI Punjab faces a stern test to stay alive in the race for the final against the most dominant side of the tournament Daredevils from Dehli. Both sides have still three games to play; two of them are against each other. Fiat of Kings XI will depend upon these games. They are buoyant by excellent team performances of late. It all turned around for the Kings XI with the injury to Captain Gilchrist and arrival of experienced Azhar Mehmood. Azhar’s experience has been the key for the Kings…

Hello This is Coby and I'm new to the network. I just wanted to stop by your page and introduce myself. I love Cricket because it's a hard sport and is exciting to watch, but when I'm not watching the games I spend my time with my family. I work from home to help support my family and so I can spend as much time with them as possible, so I guess you could say I'm a work at home Dad and loving father / husband that likes to provide for my family.

I welcome you to add me as a friend on the network so we can share ideas and network, but most of all talk Cricket!
