mohinder amarnath

mr.modi,if u r listening me,then pls dont bring mohinder amarnath or jimmy for doing commentatory next season.he is the worst commentator i have ever heard.he just make us so bored and keeps on repeating same lines again and again.i am very surprised how he can be allowed to do commentary only on the basis that he was a former player.whenever,he came for commentary,we used to change our channels.

Sehwag's misbehaviour

well,i have something for sehwag to learn.it is so disgusting to see an indian player spit so much in a match.his avg. is around 100 for spitting in a single match, the highest by any player.the day is not far away when either spitting on ground would be fined or sehwag would be fined.he just sets a very bad moral act on the billions of people seing him and makes his fellow indians embarrased.pls tell him not to do so.

Back to the future

Ya, now that the IPL has come to an end, al cricket lovers have to return back to the future. Me too are sitting in the evening, shivering in the gold, browsing on the internet from the one site to the other just to make up time to go to bed. To chilly to do anything else. The IPL could become a lifestyle. really i miss it. Till next time.

World Premier League; a dream or could it become a reality?

And let me say this, though am sure a whole lot of Indians will not agree with good reason, but IPL should after its 3 years become a WPL (World Premier League). It should have equal representation from the major cricketing nations. It should be played at least twice a year and around the globe. And Lalit Modi should continue to be the Chairman of the WPL for as long as he can. He did an unbelievably fantastic job. If this is what he could manage within 3 weeks then given 6 months preparation… Continue

Gilly, Modi and IPL - What a Show!

I wonder if Adam Gilchrist would ever read this blog, but wish he does. He is one of the best cricketers of all times. The best keeper the world has ever seen who can bat (and can he bat!) and captain a team to an incredible victory. In the semi-finals his 85 of 30 odd balls was spectacular. In the finals, despite an average score, he had the tenacity to lead his team to victory. Both Gilly and Warne should have captained Australia at some stage or the other!!! Hayden, and Symonds though I… Continue

Jacob Oram

Jacob Oram contributed very little in terms of batting and bowling.Very good fielding though.Chennai need to markedly improve their fielding/catching if they are to do better in the next IPL,who knows how the match against Bengalore would have unfolded had Murali held on to his dropped catch?

No need of Cheerleaders...in Cricket! "Atleast keep the sports/sports channel as patriotic no need to add vulgarity in it"

Cricket - The Unpredictable & Most Xciting Game and Our Cricket Stars are more enough to entertain us, i dont think cheerleaders should be there to cheer the audiance in the ground, if so then what about female/girls audiance..??? And also its not suitable according to Indian Culture...atleast keep the sports/sports channel as patriotic no need to add vulgarity in it!!! Now a days its becoming more unconfortable to watch the cricket with our elders/parents/sisters...as a TRUE INDIAN i… Continue

Super Gilly!

What an amazing and influencial impact did this great cricketer make in this year's edition of the IPL. Coming from dead last to the the rightly deserved top...you go Gilly! He showed great skill and tactics, as well as exellent leadership. I'm still a Mumbai fan...but Mr Gilchrist made sure that Deccan are a close second!

IPL withdrawal syndrome!

Hi friends are you missing the IPL already like me?I have, every day I used to get to home to fast paced and entertaining cricket, full of thrills.I miss them now. Those cheer girls, cacophony of commentators, the wonderful crowds with banners and placards with catchy phrases. Those close finishes, hattricks from batsmen,it was truly addictive. Please suggest remedies.... ayear long league like the English premeir foot ball league may be?

Miss Bollywood SA

I was extremely disappointed in the choice of Miss Bollywood SA. Surely you could have chosen someone more representative.
She could not even move her body when dancing with Akon in the closing ceremony.

Hope Shu Ru Khan is happy with the choice. The other Indian ladies were more dynamic and friendly and had the necessary experience to be part of a movie.
