Sports Ministry says BCCI president should step down

The BCCI president N Srinivasan's resignation has been asked by many as even the sports ministry has joined in and is demanding the same, in regard to the pending inquiry into the ongoing IPL spot-fixing scandal.

Sahara Group withdraws Pune Warriors from IPL

The Indian Premier League seems to suffer a few setbacks this season. After the spot-fixing scandal, Pune Warriors India had to withdraw from the league due to non-payment of dues and financial differences with the BCCI.
