The seventh Indian Premier League (IPL) started with a forceful 41-run win for Kolkata Knight Riders over the Mumbai Indians, as the classic Jacques Kallis set the tone with a 46-ball 72 before Sunil Narine accomplished the assignment…

No doubt that KKR has set new records on the wrong side this IPL, hard to be broken by any other team in near future. They have invented newer and newer ways to loose matches from a winning position. But still, they were the Blue-eyed Boy or the Poster Boy of IPL.
That was since IPL-1. The team with the highest amount of hype and hoopla has been KKR. Even in IPL-2, KKR has been the most talked about team, and maximum of our blogs were for (or against) KKR. So, anyhow, they have managed to…

We are left with only two days of league stage in IPL. Still only one team has a leg in the final4. Barring Delhi, the mix is so intense that 5 teams are vying for 3 semi finals spot. Here is my take on this equation.
Chennai Super Kings:
Chennai seem to be in a bit of advantage since they have a 1 point advantage over 3 other teams which can help them in-spite of a loss. If they loose their match against Punjab, there is a realistic possibility that this team ends up in…

Another loss for KKR, which was quite expected. What was perhaps not expected was that they came so near to winning against DC! Another close match, decided in the last ball. The coaching staffs will again say it was a close call and they lost it as the players couldn’t hold on to their nerves at crunch time. But that hardly is an excuse! The point is why is this happening at all? Isn’t it the coaches who’ll make the players tough in such situations?
The first ball in the last over was a…

I was a big fan of KKR...now i love B(RC). but my favourate player is Musrafee..we are verymuch disappointed not with the performance of KKR but the management of the team..Ithing the owner should think about the management seriously for the next year...there is talent in KKR but the management don't know how to respect talent and the proper use of the talent...i can challange that KKR will not win even a match with out MUSHRAFEE...lets start the game with me....

Mathew Hayden had great knocks in the last few innings.Even in this innings he is going great.Well his stars indicate that , PROBABLY , he might be giving either average or average - performance in the coming match on 16th against Mumbai Indians.
In the match against KKR on 18th he might be just BETTER.

well, SRK has more reasonz to concentrate on acting career rather then turnin out in the battalez of business tycoonz. one more reason bolstering the bolt is the latest racial remarks controversy. Be it Buchanan or chappel , dada's n co. always end up fighting for survival even and this recent split amongst indian n foreign couterparts has some fuel to lit the fire atleast. i heard it saying one of the assistant coach asked agarkar to come off the field, and when he questioned the move was…

How things can change in couple of weeks in cricket. I wrote an article couple of weeks back about DD and DC dominating the IPL2, but while DD are still at the top of the rankings, DC is fighting with the rest of the teams for the Semi-Finals spot. CSK have been the biggest movers in the last few weeks. They have now won 5 games in a row to move to the second place behind DD.
CSK have got the right combination going with Jakati and Tyagi being great additions to the team. Batting at…

Dada shld bcm d Captain+Coach of KKR immidiately. And in IPL-3, Dada shld join DD as Coach+Player. That'll be a gr8 move!
McCullum, u said u'll quit if the team doesn't reach semis. But, we found u r even a bigger fatter lier than the Indian politicians who talk big & do nothing during elections. Ur team is not only out of semis, but only a cancellatuon of IPL-2 tourney can save ur team from not ending up at the bottom. So why r u still the skipper? Don't u have any little bit of shame…

Will KKR climb up to the 6th place in the points table???
I feel very bad for SRK as he was positive to make it to the final but sorry..I can feel your heat...Because SRK is one of my favorite actors in the Bolleywood. The turning point of the match between KKR Vs DDD was the 14th over of KKR, which was maiden over bowled by A. Mishra. My concern was why S. Ganguly was sitting out ...why he didn't come to bat at 1st down..it'd have helped their score above 200 easily or at least…

As I write this article, CSK have just thumped DC to register their 3rd consecutive victory in IPL2 to move to top position in the table. The last one week has been brilliant for BRC and CSK as they have shrugged of the indifferent form to get back into the tournament. This IPL is much closer than last year and it seems like any of the 7 teams (KKR excluded) can make it to the Semi-Finals.
This was a disappointing week for the Deccan Chargers as they have had 3 poor games in a row…
