Release Mcllum from captency immediately as he is unable to handle the pressure.Its also effecting his play because of the pressure he is unable to play his natural game.Captency is not ment for everybody.Anybody can,t
be a captain.Its better make Shukla the captain he led the Bengal Ranji team.He do have experience of captency
or else bring back Saurav Ganguly as a captain if you guys eally want to make a change.
