I don’t think there is any need to tell what IPL is but for all those who don’t know, IPL stands for Indian Premier League sponsored majority by DLF, collectively it’s called DLF IPL. IPL was started last year by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) under the vision of BCCI Vice President Lalit Modi. Last year in 2008, the first season of IPL held and was inaugurated on 18 April 2008 and carried on till June 2008 where the world witnessed Rajasthan royals as the world champions.
